Bimsara W: A tech wiz who had experienced the frustration of sending out hundreds of resumes and never hearing back. He knew there had to be a better way to get noticed by recruiters. So, he set out to create a tool that would help job seekers like him get their resumes past the ATS.

Jamie Lee: Enter Jamie, a rockstar technical recruiter and pro resume writer. Jamie had seen it all in the recruitment world and knew exactly why so many resumes got stuck in ATS black holes. With a heart set on helping people land their dream jobs, Jamie teamed up with Alex.
